The Student Institute of Campus Ministry is an opportunity for personal & practical growth in small group discipleship, evangelism, prayer, worship, Bible study, and a whole lot more. In exchange for a week of your life, you will return to your college or university with a deeper understanding of God's purpose in your life and the lives of those around you. Plus you'll take back some great tools and ministry skills to help realize that purpose.

Discipleship/Mentoring

Come gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, and how to help others grow through personal mentoring and small group ministry. Discover how to create a vibrant atmosphere conductive to spiritual growth in your relationships. You'll find keys to: dealing with challenging people; how to develop a multi-week growth plan; power of asking good questions; the importance of promise making; and the list goes on.

The Dynamics of Personal and Group Bible Study

Come and learn through an interactive seminar how to dig deep and get to the meat of the Scripture. You'll be given Bible study skills that will make it easy for you to pass this spiritual discipline on to others.

Biblical Evangelism

You will learn how to minister to those far from Christ through a rediscovery of biblical evangelism. Learn how to share your faith without building barriers and have the opportunity to put this teaching to use during on-campus field training. You'll return with effective evangelistic book table tools, dorm talk ideas, open air preaching techniques, event ideas, and much more.

Worship/Prayer/Personal Growth

You will receive experience firsthand and be given insight and inspiration for personal growth in character, prayer and personal devotion. You will learn about: How to Grow Spiritual Friendships; Mastering Your Time; Ethics in Relationships, plus a plethora of other relevant topics.

Live with a Family

You will have the benefit of lodging with a loving host family during your stay.
